All orders are made via our checkout process. EAU will send you an invoice to your registered email once checkout process and payment has been completed and successful.
All orders received during normal business hours between Monday to Friday between 9am – 5pm are processed for shipment within 24 to 48 hours, except public holidays. As every order is different, shipping costs will vary depending on the size, weight and destination of your chosen items.

Please allow up to 2 business days for all items purchased to be packaged and shipped. We will only ship your order after payments has been made. We will notify you once it has been shipped. All our International Shipment, we use DHL Express Worldwide service. Once your package has been dispatched, a unique tracking number will be sent to your email address. You can track your parcel by clicking on the DHL Express
We CANNOT ship to PO BOX addresses, please ensure that you provide us your residential or business address and contact phone number for shipment.

For All Domestic Orders we use JNE Reg and JNE YES.

We can offer Same Day Delivery service via GOSEND for those residing in JAKARTA only. Same Day Delivery is available from Monday to Friday, all orders must be made before 11am in order to use this service. Any orders made after 11am might be delivered the next day.

CUSTOM & DUTIES
EAU is not liable for all import duties, customs and sales taxes levied by the destination country shipped to. Payment might be necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. We WILL NOT be held liable for any fees or taxes incurred should your product is hold by customs.
We strongly advise that you double check and be familiar with your country’s import duty, customs, sales taxes prior ordering or purchasing, as well as its rules and regulations for importing goods and products. If the goods ordered failed to be collected, you are required to pay the re-delivery fee and duty tax to re-import or send of the goods back to us.
The currency we use on our online store is Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). For International customers, payment can be made using credit card (MasterCard, Visa) and or via DOKU.
For customers in Indonesia, payments can be made via bank transfer to our Bank Central Asia (BCA) account. Details will be provided on the Checkout section under Manual Payment after you completed the customer’s info details form.
CHANGES TO YOUR ORDER
If you require any changes to your order such as incorrect sizing or contact details, please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org for adjustments. If your order has already been processed, EAU accepts no responsibility for incorrect details entered. EAU reserves the right to cancel any order after purchase.
EXCHANGE AND REFUND
We do not accept exchange and or refund for our swimwear, please ensure that you double check our sizing guidelines prior making your order. Please note that the appearance of product color and material may vary slightly from those displayed on the screen.
